This is how Suisa humorously advertises its 100th anniversary
To explain Suisa’s complex scope of responsibilities and the importance of copyright in the music industry in an easy-to-understand way, Maybaum Film has developed a multi-part YouTube series in a branded entertainment format. There is also a campaign to accompany it.

Why businesses have to pay an annual Suisa license is told through the story of Louis, a hairdresser, who receives a Suisa bill for playing background music in his salon "Deux Cheveux". Confused and suspicious, he embarks on a tour of the Swiss music landscape, where he learns more and more about what Suisa and the rights to use music are actually all about.
Promoted with its own campaign
The series was conceived and realized by Maybaum Film from Baden, musically supported with music by Swiss artists. In the branded entertainment format, six episodes of 5 - 6 minutes each cover different topics.
During his journey, Louis meets music producers, concert promoters and well-known music personalities such as Loco Escrito and Marius Bear in the different episodes that help him understand the importance of copyright protection in the music industry. The series will be shared on different Suisa communication channels and promoted with a nationwide online campaign.
