SNK implements rebranding for Aargau energy service provider
IBAarau becomes Eniwa. Since January 1, 2018, IBAarau has a new name and a new image. The Zurich branding agency SNK is responsible for the repositioning including name, claim and appearance.
The energy industry is in a state of flux - with the impending liberalization of the market, energy is increasingly becoming a "consumer product. This means that the industry is being called upon to invest even more specifically in sustainable energy solutions, to drive forward digitization and to focus consistently on the needs of its customers.
The former IBAarau takes the step into a sustainable energy future with a new positioning, a new name and a new appearance. In order to break away from industry conventions and underscore the change from a traditional energy supplier to an innovative, regionally active energy service provider, a conscious decision was made against a pure redesign and in favor of a complete rebranding with a name change. Today, Eniwa stands for a modern company with a broad range of products and services that is committed every day to making the sustainable use of energy as easy as possible for all customers.
The launch of the new corporate identity with the name Eniwa and the claim "Energy. Sustainable." took place at the beginning of 2018, coinciding with the reorganization of the company, the move to Buchs AG and the big anniversary "125 years of electricity for the region". SNK has been supporting the repositioning process since 2016 and is responsible for the complete rebranding, including name and claim development. In addition, SNK supported the responsible parties in the lan- cation communication and designed various internal and external online and offline communication measures, such as the branding of a bus of AAR bus+bahn.
