Ruf Lanz for VBZ: Royal personnel marketing with Kate and William

The wedding bells rang in England on Friday for Prince William and Catherine Elizabeth Middleton. The two have also been immortalized on a special postage stamp, which, however, has a conspicuous blemish: Kate is worth much less than William.

Ruf Lanz is now using this stamp and the media hype surrounding the wedding for VBZ's personnel marketing. Because at VBZ it has long been the case that women and men are equally entitled and receive the same pay for the same work. Logical conclusion of the VBZ campaign: It is not worth waiting for a prince charming. It is much more modern for women to take the wheel into their own hands - and join VBZ, according to the campaign's motto.

The subject appears on a full page in 20 Minuten, in Blick am Abend and in the iPad edition of Tages-Anzeiger.
