Special Interest The Swiss milk producers have revised and expanded their cooking magazine Le Menu. A new feature is the "For guests" section with recipes for a complete five-course meal, and because a glass of milk does not go well with fish ravioli, the milk producers also provide wine tips. Le Menu has done away with recipe cards, but the booklet can now be collected in folders. The recipe sections have been designed more generously and the paper quality has been improved.
