Radiocontrol comes to the UK

Market research The German market research group GfK wants to establish the Radiocontrol measurement system in the UK. Tests are currently underway with Rajar, the research institute of British broadcasters, which had previously tested the competing US product Arbitron PPM. TalkSport, a Newscorp radio station, is already convinced by Radiocontrol. It has commissioned GfK to measure its national reach. Radiocontrol was developed by SRG Head of Research Matthias Steinemann and sold to GfK in August 2001.
