Passengertv brings topics around the World Cup to public transport starting today
How many times has Switzerland won against Brazil? That should be of burning interest on Sunday at the latest during the Brazil-Switzerland match. Passengertv will be answering these and other questions on screens on public transport from today.
Two wins, three losses, three draws - this is the result of the eight direct football matches between Switzerland and Brazil. From today, Passengertv will be showing this and other information about the World Cup on screens in streetcars, buses and commuter trains. Passengertv deliberately wants to strengthen the playful elements of the program in leisure travel, the company explains in a press release. This is part of a targeted strategy.
"Our experience with screens on public transport shows how much interest there is in informative content," says Olivier Chuard, CEO of Livesystems DOOH. Passengertv is therefore optimizing its program and gearing it towards the general thirst for knowledge and the need for entertainment, especially at weekends. "We are thus meeting a need in leisure travel," says Chuard. The content is produced by the internal editorial team at Nau.
