Ogilvy makes complex simple
Ogilvy & Mather Zurich created a new communications campaign for Grant Thornton Switzerland/Liechtenstein and implemented it in advertisements and brochures.

Grant Thornton Switzerland/Liechtenstein is a renowned, locally rooted and internationally networked auditing and consulting firm with offices in Zurich, Schaan, Geneva and Buchs SG. Known for its partnership-based client care and personal consulting services, Grant Thornton wanted to focus on the proximity to its clients as well as the personal approach of its services in its new communications presence.
Based on this starting point, Ogilvy & Mather developed a concept that positions Grant Thornton as a partner for business and financial companies, but also for private individuals, that speaks the language of its clients even in the complex contexts and requirements of the market. This idea was implemented by means of business and financial terms that sound like Bohemian villages to untrained ears, and whose complexity is additionally supported by an "icon salad" corresponding to the subject area. Grant Thornton translates this industry-typical jargon into an easy-to-understand colloquial language. This appearance signals that Grant Thornton attaches the greatest importance to mutual understanding between consulting experts and clients.
The new campaign is currently being used in various print ads in newspapers and magazines. In addition, a new image brochure and various product folders have already been created on the basis of the new communications presence.
