NY Festivals announce new awards

The New York Festivals have reorganized their competitions for film and video, for TV programs and promotion and for TV, cinema and radio advertising, and radio spots will be judged together with television and cinema for the first time. In addition, the awards will now be named after the year in which they are presented. The 2004 awards will be presented in January 2004. Entries can be submitted if they were published after September 1, 2002. The deadline for entries is September 15 for film and TV programs and September 30 for TV, cinema and radio advertising.
