Namics: Michael Pertek new to the Executive Board
Namics has appointed its long-time partner Michael Pertek to the executive board as Chief Operating Officer. With this reorganization, the company aims to strengthen its focus on comprehensive, cross-functional customer service.
The new composition of the management team is the result of a stronger customer focus in the organization. The aim of this is to provide customers with holistic and cross-thematic advice and thus provide them with the best possible support during the digital transformation.

"Digital transformation increasingly requires an overarching understanding of the business challenges facing our clients," says Jürg Stuker, CEO and Partner at Namics, explaining the motivation for this step. "Business models, forms of organization, processes and technologies used must do justice to the growing digitalization. This requires a holistic approach, which can be optimally achieved through a customer-oriented organization. This allows us to offer Namics customers an integrated and customized full-service offering," the CEO continues. The new client organization will be headed by the former COO Bernd Schopp as Chief Client Officer.
Long-time partner Michael Pertek has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Namics as part of the newly formed management team. The 39-year-old has worked for the company for over ten years. Most recently, as Business Unit Manager, he was responsible for the development of the Commerce division in Germany and Switzerland. Before joining Namics, Pertek gained professional experience in the financial and industrial sectors at Baden- Württembergische Bank, Daimler Chrysler in South Africa and Altana Pharma. Pertek holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Management from the University of Konstanz.
Since September 1, the Executive Board has thus consisted of Jürg Stuker (CEO), Bernd Schopp (CCO), Michael Pertek (COO), Stefanie Wagner-Fuhs (CMO) and Andreas Seonbuchner (CFO). The previous members of the Executive Board, Tim Dührkoop and Marcel Albertin, will implement the new concept of comprehensive customer orientation as Namics partners with their many years of e-business expertise. They will be responsible for two of Namics' most important client portfolios.
