Namics expands ownership to 26 partners

Namics, a web service provider operating in both Germany and Switzerland, is introducing four new partners. Last year, the company regained its independence following a management buyout and has held all of its shares ever since.

With the participation of the four new partners, the company is confirming its strategy of offering formative employees a long-term and challenging perspective for future growth, according to the press release. The four new partners Martina Penz, Bernd Jansen, Patrick Rossbund and Michael Rottmann have already contributed to the success of the Swiss market leader in various roles, with their commitment and expertise. With the signing of the four new partners, the entire share capital is divided equally between 26 operating partners from Germany and Switzerland.
