Honors Under the jury leadership of Tages-Anzeiger editor-in-chief Peter Hartmeier, Gossweiler Media AG has awarded this year's media prize to Reinhold Messner, who receives 5,000 Swiss francs and the sculpture Herbert. According to the press release, the sculpture Herbert - made of pure silver and an alpine stone slab - symbolizes the most important character traits of company founder Herbert Gossweiler: stubborn, helpful, sociable, courageous and agile. Previous winners were the former ski racer Bernhard Russi (2001) and Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum in Davos (2002).
