"People make Lidl"
The Zurich agency Geyst has developed a nationwide presence for the Lidl Switzerland employer brand.

What makes a good employer? Supported by Geyst, Lidl Switzerland is investigating this question and providing answers in the form of a broadly effective presentation. Throughout the country, people learn what values distinguish the company and make it an attractive employer. The focus is on the four core values as an employer: determination, dynamism, team orientation and fairness.

The campaign is divided into two waves and portrays a variety of employees from Switzerland who stand up for their respective areas of work. Together with the textual style, Lidl Switzerland thus underlines its own philosophy, which values and promotes the individual as part of a strong team. All in line with the core message: "People make Lidl".
The overall presence consists of posters and advertisements, various online measures, a trade show booth, and vehicle lettering. In addition, a high-quality magazine gives current and future employees a detailed insight into the discounter's work processes, facts, and plans through experience reports, infographics, and interviews.
