Landbote: Thomas Baumann succeeds Roland Alt
Thomas Baumann will take over as Head of the Winterthur Advertising Market and Advertising Manager for the Winterthur daily newspaper Der Landbote on November 1, 2016. He succeeds Roland Alt, who passed away in July 2016 after a serious illness.
According to the statement, 47-year-old Thomas Baumann has many years of experience in the media industry and is well networked in the Winterthur region. Since 2007, he has worked for Zürcher Oberland Medien as sales manager and advertising manager for daily newspapers. Prior to that, he held various positions at Publicitas, where he was responsible for marketing Glattaler and Thurgauer Zeitung advertisements.
