Newspapers The cultural event organizers in Basel are seeking reconciliation with the Basler Zeitung (BaZ), lifting the boycott against the BaZ-Ausgehagenda, with which they had reacted to the introduction of fees for the entry of an event at the end of 2004. According to the news portal Onlinereports.ch, the general assembly of the organizers involved has unanimously decided to enter into negotiations with BaZ. BaZ editor-in-chief Ivo Bachmann was pleased about this. However, he does not believe that BaZ will abandon the obligation to pay.
