KBA takes over Grafitec

Printing Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA), together with an American investment company, acquires the Czech printing press manufacturer Grafitec, with which KBA aims to expand its market position in the small format class following growth in the global market for medium and large-format sheetfed offset presses.
