The influencer marketing agency House of Influence has published its second fee report on the influencer market in Switzerland. The conclusion: the market is female, growing and changing. Two thirds of active profiles come from women, prices have almost doubled in certain segments compared to 2024 and yet more than half of the influencers surveyed recorded more collaborations.

The findings come from a Switzerland-wide evaluation by the Zurich-based agency, which specializes in influencer marketing. In addition to the campaign evaluation, the agency conducted an anonymous survey of Swiss influencers in German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. The combination of campaign data and influencer perspective thus provides one of the most detailed inventories of the Swiss influencer market.

Prices almost doubled - but the market is still booming

Despite a sharp rise in fees, the volume of collaborations has continued to increase: More than half of the influencers surveyed stated that they had realized more collaborations with brands in the past year than before. A clear signal that companies are willing to invest more in influencer marketing.

"A lot has happened since we first published the report two years ago. The regular survey of the average fees and annual income of influencers brings transparency to the market and provides guidance - for brands and influencers in Switzerland," confirms Tanja Herrmann, Managing Director and founder of House of Influence.

The average fee for a reel on Instagram is between 700 and 3400 francs. On TikTok, the fees are slightly lower and average between 530 and 3150 francs for a video.

Instagram dominates - TikTok with great potential

Instagram remains the dominant platform in the Swiss influencer market. Only half of influencers are currently represented on TikTok - for those who are not yet active on the platform and have the necessary resources, there is considerable growth potential here.

House of Influence's analysis is not limited to the development of fees. The agency also examined the performance data of the campaigns as well as the use and dynamics of the individual platforms. In addition to fees, reach structures, engagement values and playback times were also systematically evaluated. The aim was not only to show price trends, but also to understand how and where influencer content actually works.

Longer videos perform better

The data proves it: The longer a video, the longer it is actually watched. For videos that are over 60 seconds long, an average organic playback time of 18 seconds was measured on Instagram and 15 seconds on TikTok.

Compared to the benchmark of two seconds for classic ads, this means that influencer content gives brands seven to nine times more time to place their message.

"What particularly fascinates me about this market is the constant development. While a classic ad barely gets two seconds of attention, people watch influencer content for an average of 18 seconds - voluntarily. That's no coincidence, it's trust," adds Kerry Stieger, Director of Strategy at House of Influence.

Women's power in the Swiss influencer market

The analysis clearly shows that influencer marketing in Switzerland is female. Two thirds of active profiles are from women, and the majority of influencers are based in the city of Zurich. In French-speaking Switzerland, Geneva is in first place. The three most frequently covered topics are lifestyle, fashion and travel - areas in which authentic storytelling is particularly effective.

Founded in 2017, the Swiss influencer marketing consulting agency is based in Zurich's Seefeld district. The multilingual team advises clients on their influencer projects and builds their own pools of content creators to suit their industry, language and goals. From strategy and conception to selection, fee and contract negotiations, campaign management and customized reporting and workshops, the agency offers all influencer marketing services from a single source.

In addition to the campaigns that House of Influence implements for clients such as Migros, Helvetia, Swiss and Mercedes-Benz, the agency is also the organizer of the largest social media marketing conference in Switzerland: the Social Media Summit, which will once again take place in Engelberg on 4 and 5 November 2026. Since 2025, they have also been the organizer of Switzerland's first AI in Marketing Conference, which will take place on 29 April 2026 at The Circle at Zurich Airport.
