Graubünden plans a ban on tobacco advertising

Politics The government of the canton of Graubünden has submitted a partial revision of the health law for consultation, which also includes a ban on tobacco advertising, as demanded by parliament in a postulate at the beginning of 2002. The Graubünden government writes that it has chosen a formulation similar to that of the Canton of Geneva, which has already been judged by the Federal Court to be in conformity with the constitution.
