GLP relies on Heads' positioning approach

For the first time, a Swiss party is relying on Heads' scientifically based positioning approach: The Green Liberal Party (GLP) of the Canton of Zurich is using "Heads Brand Profiling" to sharpen its profile and strategically strengthen its perception.

According to the Zurich-based agency, the method has already been "successfully implemented" at over 40 Swiss institutions and companies.

The "Heads Brand Profiling" is now intended to help the GLP develop a coherent and powerful positioning. By involving all relevant reference groups - party members, Zurich GLP national, cantonal and cantonal councillors and the cantonal party leadership - the aim is to achieve broad agreement. The goal: a sharpened profile that will pay off in the next elections and votes.

"Defining the party's values and positioning in this way is new territory for us - but we were won over by Heads' data-based approach and experience in the private sector," says Nora Ernst, Co-President of the GLP Canton of Zurich. "Parties and companies have different challenges, but the key question remains: What is the 'inner beauty' that needs to radiate outwards in order to develop potential? This is an exciting task, especially in the political center," adds Ralph Hermann, owner of Heads.
