Management change at Knobel Corporate Communications
Ansgar Thiessen will take over as managing director of Knobel Corporate Communications effective December 1. The leadership change at Knobel coincides with a repositioning of the company.
In this role, he replaces Martin Fricker, under whose leadership the company has been integrated into the Hotz Group over the past two years from the hands of Peter P. Knobel. As a former member of Knobel's consulting team, Ansgar Thiessen knows both the agency and the Hotz Group very well, according to a press release issued on Friday. With his experience in corporate and communications consulting, he will drive forward the strategic development of Knobel. In his role as Managing Director, he is also a member of the Hotz Group's Executive Board.
In future, Knobel will place a clear emphasis on consultancy services with a focus on communication strategy, corporate relations, leadership communication and crisis communication, according to the statement. This is also linked to the planned expansion of the consultancy team from the beginning of 2012.
