Friday Special: "Home Stories

MEDIA A special edition of Friday will be published on May 8. The focus will be on the diverse lives of the young generation in Switzerland.In the upcoming issue of the 20 Minutes Friday singles, young families, flat-sharing communities, lovers, realists and dreamers are portrayed at home. Together with Friday editor Martin Fischer, they went to the cities, to the seclusion, to the suburbs and to the countryside - without wanting to confirm or refute the common clichés of Switzerland. The artist Joëlle Lehmann was engaged for the pictures.The special edition is the result of a unique collaboration between 20 Minuten Friday and the Fotomuseum Winterthur. Thus, the photographs will be shown simultaneously with the publication of "Home Stories" on May 8 at the Fotomuseum Winterthur as part of the newly established exhibition format "Situations". The vernissage will take place on May 8 at 6 p.m.; the exhibition will run until June 7. The issue of 20 Minuten Friday thus becomes an exhibition catalog on site, in which those portrayed have their say and visitors learn who they are.
