The creators are tapping into a market niche. Tibits is the place to go if you have an appetite for fresh, organically grown vegetables, enjoy eating in a restaurant with products from its own development, whose purchasing takes product ethics into account and avoids genetically modified ingredients as much as possible. The restaurant-bar-takeaway, which opens its doors on December 5 on Zurich's Seefeldstrasse, is run by vegetarian pope Rolf Hiltl. Page 10
