Euro RSCG Zurich: My Handicap job program advertised
Euro RSCG Zurich promotes the "Jobs for the Disabled - Disabled for Jobs" program with a follow-up ad that aims to draw attention away from the disability and towards the person and their talents.
At the end of last year, the My Handicap Foundation launched the "Jobs for Disabled People - Disabled People for Jobs" program with partners from business, administration, politics and the media. The aim is to bring job seekers and employers together on an Internet portal and thus integrate more people with disabilities into the regular labor market. At the same time, society is sensitized to recognize the abilities of people with disabilities.
The first page of the ad shows a person from behind in a wheelchair. Turn the page and you see the same person from the front - working as a watchmaker. The statements on this: We see a disability at first glance. The person and his talents only at second glance.
