Fe Agentur sets new impulses for Work Life Aargau

Fe Agentur will take over the management of Work Life Aargau at the beginning of July 2024. The Baden-based agency, which specializes in employer branding and live marketing, will work together with businesses, associations and the canton of Aargau to strengthen Aargau as a workplace location and aims to provide new impetus to support companies in the battle for skilled workers.

Work Life Aargau was launched in 2019 by the Canton of Aargau to promote Aargau as a business location together with Aargau companies and business associations - the Aargau Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AIHK) and the Aargau Trade Association (AGV). About the Online platform Since then, the canton of Aargau has been positioned as an attractive place to work beyond the canton's borders and Aargau companies have been supported in the battle for skilled workers.

The Work Life Aargau association has a broad base and is made up of the participating companies and numerous cooperation partners with services for skilled workers. The management was taken over on an interim basis by the cantonal location promotion agency during the development and set-up work. Following the successful development work, the management of the association is now to be handed over to an external partner. The Fe Agentur in Baden won the public tender and will take over the management of the office on July 1, 2024. "The Fe Agentur has all the skills that are crucial for the further development of Work Life Aargau - it impresses with its many years of experience and great innovative strength. In addition, the renowned Baden-based agency has an excellent network in the canton of Aargau," says Karsten Bugmann, President of Work Life Aargau, with conviction.

Together with the sponsors of Work Life Aargau, Fe wants to further strengthen Aargau as a workplace location through networking, know-how transfer and the use of synergies, as well as sustainably anchoring its image as an innovative and attractive place to work and live among skilled workers and the population. "We want to offer Aargau companies real added value in the battle for skilled workers through Work Life Aargau, provide new impetus and make a contribution to promoting the Aargau economy through this commitment in line with our motto 'we rise by lifting others'," explains Christoph Enderli, co-founder and partner of the Fe agency.
