The ambassadors: City of Wil invests in citizen dialogue
The City Council and City Parliament of Wil have enlisted the agency Die Botschafter to handle communications for the intergenerational project «Wil Vivendo.».
Today, the authorities are much more challenged to bring their goals and projects closer to the population and to make them understandable. This is particularly true for larger infrastructure projects in existing settlement areas. "Wil Vivendo" is part of a complex, regional overall traffic concept that comprises around 50 measures involving the federal government, two cantons and several municipalities.
The city of Wil decided in favor of an active dialog with the population and evaluated suitable agencies in an open procedure. The agency Die Botschafter from St.Gallen convinced with its experience in the strategic management and operational implementation of challenging communication projects. Over the next four years, various information and dialog measures will be implemented, accompanied by acceptance monitoring.
