What has already established itself in Asia and is enjoying great popularity is now also making its way into Swiss train stations. In the Bahnhofstrasse passage of Zurich's main station, APG|SGA, in cooperation with the Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, is realizing the first Branding Wall - a large-scale branding presence combined with standardized illuminated advertising media.

Implementation with additional impact

Under the motto "FarmMania - Discover the world of the farm", the wholesaler is implementing a production that extends over a month and includes a total of four subject changes. "We are convinced of the effectiveness of the new advertising format and are pleased to carry out the first-ever use of the BrandingWall with the Federation of Migros Cooperatives," says Marcel Baumann, responsible Key Account Manager at APG|SGA. Through the use of standardized illuminated advertising media, the BrandingWall ensures additional impact at the highest-frequency locations.

The poster becomes a power zone

The BrandingWall can be booked for a period of four weeks at a time with subjects that change at will. On an area of around 26 square meters (1116 cm x 234 cm), conventional backlit posters are supplemented by an additional branding element. This extends the advertising message to the entire back wall. The BrandingWall is being offered on a test basis in the Bahnhofstrasse passageway of Zurich's main train station. An expansion to other stations is currently being examined. "The combination of branding element and standard support enables the ideal combination of image and product advertising at specifically chosen locations. It meets a wide variety of customer needs and sets new standards for creative implementations and ideas," says Ernst Fuhrer, Head of APG|SGA Mega Poster, Paron.
