Dirt Attack

Striking dirt is good, claims Omo. Especially for Unilever's sales. That's not what Omo says, it's what we say.

Textile care dirt is good, claims Omo. Especially for Unilever's sales. However, there are far too few of the former, as a Triple-R (retired rock 'n' roller) complained to TV Nation in a casting show. What's needed, therefore, are new dirt slingers. But that is by no means the end of the story, because the second component is no less important for the washing powder manufacturer: the dirt clan, i.e. the dirt recipients. In other words, people for whom "pollutant register" is a foreign word and who, underneath all the stains, have a big heart for the chemical industry - the ones with the blindingly white vest. The exciters are clearly defined: isn't it the smallest people who produce the biggest dirt? Fortunately, their dirt has the advantage that it comes out at 60 degrees, or at the latest in the boil wash cycle. And the naughty ones have another advantage over their parents: they can't iron yet.
It's amazing how many messages are hidden in the ad. And how easily adults overlook them - and end up buying only the very cheapest detergent.
