The support giant Pro has to give in

Magazines The free magazine Pro is to be discontinued at the end of the year for economic reasons and a poor outlook for the coming year, editor-in-chief Annemarie Frey told the news service Klein Report. Pro claims to be "the biggest family magazine in Switzerland". The Wemf-approved, bimonthly free circulation is 856,000 copies and around 8,000 issues are sold. The magazine has been published for over 50 years and has been produced by Annemarie Frey's communications agency Sorpresa for around 20 years. It is published by Verlagsgesellschaft Pro, which is backed by Publimag.
