Crafft: Sanitas goes digital
For Sanitas, digitization is the name of the game. This is also reflected in all areas of communication. Crafft accompanies Sanitas on this path and has designed a new business report for the health insurance company, which has just gone online.
The 2014 Annual Report of Sanitas Health Insurance presents the year from various perspectives: Classified and commented on from the perspective of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO, as well as quickly comprehensible in the graphically prepared key figures and, for the first time, in an illustrated timeline. Consequently, the publication is only available online; a PDF version is available for financial analysts in the download area. In the three multimedia focal points, the health insurance company uses contemporary storytelling to show how it is developing new services in line with customer needs: In a video, the project manager presents the strengths of the new Sanitas app for mobile customers in a suitable setting. For the medication check, a patient, the head of health programs, and a pharmacology professor from nUniversity Hospital Zurich have their say in audio files. And the Priority Access service is clearly explained in an interview with a consultant, in an infographic, and in several customer statements.
