Comparis outsources services
Comparis plans to grow in the coming years. To support this strategy, the internal service divisions will be spun off into Decisis Services AG. In addition, the real estate brokerage business will be transferred to the sister company iii.
As of January 1, 2015, the Comparis service areas of Communication, IT, Finance, Key Account Management and Human Resources will be merged into the new company Decisis Services, as the company announced in a press release on Wednesday. "With this organizational form, the service areas can support the Comparis.ch comparisons as well as the advisory and brokerage services of Hypoplus AG and iii AG even more efficiently", says Paul Kummer, CEO of Comparis.
There is also a change in the real estate valuation and brokerage division: brokerage will be outsourced to the sister company iii as of January 1, 2015. The offer will continue to be accessible via the Comparis website, but the service will be provided by the sister company. As with mortgage and personal loans, this ensures a clear separation between independent comparisons and advice or brokerage by the sister companies Hypoplus and iii, according to the press release. There will be no changes to the Comparis service.
