The Department of Education of the Canton of Zurich enlisted the help of freelance art director Catherine Martin to design its new prevention brochure on the topic of «Suicide and School.».
Suicidality in children and adolescents is an emotionally complex issue. The clearly structured new brochure serves as an aid for schools, teachers and caregivers, school administrators and school-related services, as well as for members of school boards. It contains valuable background knowledge and information on the prevention of suicidality, early detection and early intervention, as well as guidance on how to act after a suicide attempt or suicide. Suicide prevention can save lives.
