Carlos Leal becomes brand ambassador for UPC Cablecom

Swiss actor and musician Carlos Leal has been named brand ambassador for UPC Cablecom. In this role, he will represent the company's brand values across various communication channels.

The cooperation kicks off with a commercial that can be seen on TV nationwide in three languages from October 3, as UPC Cablecom writes in a press release on Monday. In it, Leal not only demonstrates his comedic talent, but also shows himself to be extremely wind-resistant.

The son of Spanish immigrants, Carlos Leal grew up in a suburb of Lausanne. The multi-talented Leal first came to attention as a singer with the Swiss hip-hop group Sens Unik. After several years in the music business, Leal made the switch to acting. He appeared in international film and television productions and played the croupier in the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale. The leading role in Snow White (2005) by Swiss director Samir and a significant role in Michael Steiner's film Sennentuntschi (2010) also earned him positive reviews and increased his popularity.
