Leidar and legitima launch joint advisory service for legitimacy
The Swiss consulting firms Leidar and legitima, founded by former SRG Director General Gilles Marchand, are joining forces to offer a strategic partnership. The goal is to help organizations strengthen their legitimacy in an increasingly complex environment.

Two leading Swiss consulting firms with international reach are joining forces: Leidar, an international corporate and public affairs consultancy headquartered in Geneva, and legitima, a Swiss consultancy specializing in legitimacy issues, are launching a joint offering for organizations under social and regulatory pressure.
The new partnership offer is aimed at companies and institutions whose existence, mission or credibility are under scrutiny. "With this collaboration, we combine Leidar's experience in strategic consulting with legitima's expertise in legitimacy issues - especially in the public sector," explains Lukasz Bochenek, CEO of Leidar. "Volatile times are forcing organizations to redefine their approach to stakeholder engagement and regain lost trust."
Gilles Marchand, former Director General of SRG and founder of legitima and Director of the Media & Philanthropy Initiative at the University of Geneva, emphasizes the strategic importance of legitimacy: "Too many organizations still believe that performance alone is enough for success. However, in regulated, exposed or politically sensitive sectors, it guarantees neither resilience nor continuity."
The joint offering includes legitimacy audits, the analysis of political and social lines of conflict and the development of legitimacy narratives. The partners also offer executive coaching and AI-supported monitoring and early warning systems.
By combining their expertise and presence in key markets - Leidar has offices in Brussels, London, Oslo, Washington, New York, Singapore and Dubai, while legitima has a network of experts in Switzerland, France and Canada - the partners can provide targeted support to organizations navigating complex challenges.
