Brandpulse: Merger with Designculture

The branding agency Brandpulse is acquiring a majority stake in Designculture, thereby merging with the architecture, retail, and product design specialist.

The agency Designculture, which is strong in the areas of interior design, retail concepts, exhibition and product design, has already cooperated closely with Brandpulse for six years within the framework of a strategic partnership, according to a statement. Following the merger, Designculture is now part of the Brandpulse Group, which also consists of the parent company Brandpulse and Brandpulse Corpcom.

The merger of Brandpulse and Designculture is the logical consequence of a successful collaboration in recent years: For example, the two agencies were able to jointly realize brand projects for clients such as Migrolino, Turmix, M-Way, Amavita, Meister Zürich and Migrol. Customers, partners and suppliers will not experience any changes as a result of the new situation: Teams and contact persons remain the same. However, the merger will enable both companies to exploit synergies even more effectively. Designculture will henceforth operate under the Brandpulse brand.

Designculture consists of a team of interior, product and industrial designers. As a general planner, Designculture realizes and supervises the implementation of concepts until they are handed over to the client. In the Brandpulse Group, specialists for brands (Brandpulse), 3D design (Designculture) and corporate communications (Brandpulse Corpcom) work under one roof.
