Private TV The Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM) is investigating U1 TV, a private broadcaster suspected of interrupting its reality show "U-Haft" with advertising more often than permitted by the Radio and Television Act. Carole Winistörfer, co-head of supervision at Bakom, explained this to the SonntagsZeitung. U1 is taking over "U-Haft" from its sister stations TV München and TV Berlin. But even though the show originates from Germany, U1 is bound by Swiss law, Winistörfer noted.
