Call for Entries for the ADC Awards 2024

Entries for the ADC Awards can now be submitted—new this year is a tool that promotes gender equality; the ADCESG Award, a special prize, is entering its second year.

ADC Switzerland is now looking forward to receiving entries for the next ADC Awards, which will take place in May/June 2024. The "Gender Compensation" initiative is new. Given that less than 20 percent of ADC Switzerland members are currently female, the club is gently pushing for a 50:50 reality that includes excellent creative directors, art directors, copywriters, designers and directors.

After all, diversity can generate completely different ideas than uniformity can. The Gender Compensation tool makes it clear how the creative leadership credits are distributed between men and women in the submitted work in percentage terms. The agencies are then offered various compensation contributions in order to monetarily balance out any remaining gender imbalance.

New special prize for ESG

The special ADCESG Award, which was introduced last year, also goes far beyond creativity. This is awarded to a work that has primarily taken ESG priorities into account in its development and implementation. The ADC aims to promote ideas that have a positive impact on the environment, society and corporate governance and contribute to overcoming today's pressing problems.

The ADC honors exemplary, groundbreaking, innovative, relevant, surprising, fresh, humorous, intelligent, outstanding and excellent work. Work conceived and published between January 1, 2023 and February 29, 2024 can now be submitted online at www.adc.ch. The only exception is the "Second Chance" category, which also accepts work that was conceived last year, provided that it has not yet received a recording at the ADC Awards 2023.

All detailed information is available in the ADC Call for Entries 2024. Individuals, freelancers, studios etc. benefit from reduced submission fees in the photography, illustration and design categories.
