On January 16, ADC Switzerland hosted its 49th members' meeting at its offices in Zurich. ADC President Thomas Wildberger emphasized the importance of the exchange: "In view of the advancing development of AI, it is both wonderful and important to bring together so many top creatives from flesh and blood - and to do so in the center of creativity on Zentralstrasse."

The ADC took the opportunity to emphasize its strategic development. "Promoting, judging and awarding good advertising is our core business. But we now have much more to offer," explained Wildberger. In addition to well-known formats such as the Creative Days and Coffee Cases, the club focuses on promoting young talent and digitalization. The Young Creatives Award and the Ad School will increasingly integrate the topic of AI in the future.

The cooperation with the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), which will take place in Basel in May 2025, is attracting particular attention this year. As the official creative partner, ADC members are working together with SRG on communication ideas to spark enthusiasm for the ESC.

The Board welcomed Andrea Bison, co-founder of thjnk Zurich and reigning Advertiser of the Year, as a new member. Wildberger praised her expertise: "Andrea has creative DNA. And she not only knows how to do good work, but also how to sell it."

Another milestone is the upcoming anniversary: the ADC will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026. Planning for the anniversary year has already begun and an organizing committee is currently being put together.
