Last but not least: Voice of the Pope escapes imprisonment
The «Voice of the Pope»—commonly known as Vatican Radio—has been cleared of allegations that it is harmful to health. The station is now broadcasting once again through the power of God’s message, and not because of electromagnetic pollution.
The "Voice of the Pope" - also known profanely as Radio Vatican - was acquitted of the charge of damaging health. At first instance, two managers of the radio station had been sentenced to ten days in prison for allegedly using dangerous transmitters in Santa Maria di Galeria. An appeals court in Rome has now overturned this decision. Radio Vatican had been accused of using transmitters that exceeded the permissible radiation limits. Local residents had reported an increase in leukemia cases and took the broadcaster to court. Radio Vatican then reduced the broadcasting times and the capacity of the transmitters on its own initiative.
Of course, no one is asking Radio Vatican to be more papal than the Pope himself. However, it is reassuring that the station is now radiating the good news of God to its listeners again and not because of electrosmog.
