Now it's out: despite their numerous appearances in television commercials, the brothers Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko are not actors in terms of social security law. The Federal Social Court in Kassel has clarified in a landmark ruling that advertising professional athletes are not artists and therefore do not have to pay social security contributions for artists.
