Since April 1, 2026, digital mail has been part of Swiss Post’s basic postal service. With «My Digital Mail» in the Post App, Swiss Post has created a digital mailbox that enables users to securely receive, send, sign, and store letters via smartphone. In doing so, Swiss Post is translating a key customer need for simple, reliable digital solutions into a concrete offering—and bringing its promise, «Swiss Post makes it possible,» to life.

«With »My Digital Mail’ in the Post App, Swiss Post is creating a digital mailbox that enables users to securely receive, send, sign, and store letters via smartphone. In doing so, Swiss Post is translating a key customer need for simple, reliable digital solutions into a concrete offering—and bringing its promise, ‘Swiss Post makes it possible,’ to life in a tangible way,” says Michel Noverraz, Head of Brand Management at Swiss Post.

In the latest commercial from Thjnk Zurich, a woman shows her slightly absent-minded husband how convenient it is to always be able to find his mail and important documents. While he keeps asking his partner for various documents amid the chaos of moving, she has them right at her fingertips in the Mail app on her smartphone.

The campaign can be seen on TV, online, on social media, and on digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens.
