Streuplan is expanding its management team with the addition of Alina Gut and Laura Clavadetscher. Both are taking on responsibility at a strategic and operational level with immediate effect, thereby strengthening the entrepreneurial management of the Zurich agency.

New management structure with female generalists

Alina Gut has been working at Streuplan since 2024. She completed a part-time Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology with a specialization in market and consumer psychology, with a focus on advertising psychology, media psychology and customer experience. Prior to this, she gained experience in marketing and sales on the client side and as an independent marketing consultant. As a marketing generalist, she will be responsible for strategic client development as well as the positioning and representation of the agency in the market.

Laura Clavadetscher has been working at Streuplan since 2018. She studied communications part-time at the HWZ and previously worked as a senior consultant and project manager for integrated campaigns. As a communications generalist, she will assume responsibility for central key accounts as well as operations, processes and internal communications.

Team expansion in Digital and Live Experience

In addition to the expansion of the management team, Streuplan is also strengthening its team: Alessandro Marinello is joining the agency as a communications generalist specializing in digital marketing. Alessia Dillon and Viola Wenger join the team as communications generalists specializing in live experience.

Streuplan is thus expanding its expertise in digital and live communication. At the same time, a formative quality that has been firmly anchored since the agency was founded is once again taking center stage: communication unfolds its impact where brands meet people directly.

Live communication as a strategic focus

Marketing and behavioral research has shown for years that physical brand experiences have a stronger impact on attention, memory and trust than purely digital contacts. Direct interaction activates several senses simultaneously, prolongs engagement with a brand and demonstrably increases the willingness to buy. In a highly digitalized media world, live communication is therefore once again gaining in importance.

Streuplan consistently combines this form of direct interaction with classic and digital communication. Sampling, events, roadshows, POS activations as well as ambient and guerrilla campaigns are not seen as an add-on, but as part of the campaign idea.

This approach can also be seen in current projects. For example, in integrated campaigns for Aromat, in the campaign for correct disposal by Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich with targeted ambient campaigns in urban spaces or in the nationwide activation for Zespri Kiwi with tastings, samplings and influencer integration.

The broccoli as a new logo

The agency's new appearance makes this attitude more visible: strategic precision, unconventional creativity and disciplined implementation. The aim is integrated communication with an aggressive approach.

Consequently, the broccoli becomes the agency's new logo. Its fractal structure stands for the creative principle of Streuplan: A central idea is developed in such a way that it is structurally repeated from the strategic core to each individual measure. What is conceived at the center is revealed in the details. Broccoli makes this system visible, polarizes wonderfully and is full of impact. The green power vegetable even has its own page on the new website. And it continues to grow.

Oliver Schwab and Thomas Back will remain active in the company. In future, they will focus more strongly on their core competencies in strategy and conception and contribute their experience specifically to mandates and corporate development.
