Neu Creative Agency creates brand identity and campaign for jobs.ch and jobup.ch
In collaboration with the design agency Strichpunkt and Neu Creative Agency, the two leading Swiss job platforms were strategically and visually repositioned. At the heart of the nationwide campaign is the emotional tagline: „Don’t wait for change. Find it on jobs.ch.“—a call to action for everyone who wants to actively shape their career path rather than put it off.

Neu Creative Agency has won a pitch as the advertising agency partner. The Zurich-based agency has developed a new, joint positioning and platform for the two JobCloud brands, which will be launched throughout Switzerland these days.
At the heart of the campaign is an insight that applies equally to everyone: if the job doesn't (or no longer) suit your individual needs and circumstances, waiting is of little use - visiting the leading job portals is a lot. This gave rise to the campaign idea "Don't wait for change. Find it on jobs.ch.", in French-speaking Switzerland "N'attends pas le changement. Trouve-le sur jobup.ch." Nico Ammann, Partner at Neu Creative Agency: "With its clear insight and emotional execution, the campaign has the potential to hit a lot of people at a sore spot. That's what we're hoping for - although I also hope that our employees don't see the campaign too often."
Do not surrender to fate
The campaign motivates people not to passively surrender to their work fate, but to find the ideal solution for their life and career. The aim is to appeal to a target group whose suffering in their current job may not yet be quite so acute - but is still too great to simply wait and see. "With our enhanced brand identity, we are investing specifically in the emotional strength and differentiation of our brands. In a dynamic market, this is a decisive step towards connecting people and companies in a relevant, close and reliable way in the future," adds Sonia Custodero, Head of Brand & Communication at JobCloud.
The campaign can be seen online, on DOOH and on posters on various channels in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland and will be further developed over several phases, for various touchpoints and different target groups in the coming months.
