Zimmermann Communications with a clear message for Alfies.ch
In spring 2024, the online supermarket Alfies.ch expanded into Switzerland. Following the acquisition of Stash in May, Zimmermann Communications has now created a digital campaign. This is intended to further increase brand awareness and show customers the benefits of Alfies.ch.
The competitive campaign from Zimmermann Communications was developed and implemented for digital use and is based on the relevant pain points of consumers. It shows how shopping today is smart and uncomplicated on Alfies.ch.
Three basic films focus on the most important motives for online shopping: convenience, time savings and - specifically for Alfies - flexibility. In quickly edited vignettes, "old-fashioned" supermarket shopping is contrasted with contemporary online shopping on Alfies.ch. One protagonist ironically explains: "You're a Migros or Coop kid? I'm an adult and order on Alfies.ch"
Four further short films and cut-downs, as well as numerous digital advertising materials, communicate the USPs of Alfies.ch: the minimum order value of CHF 29, free delivery from CHF 59 and the short delivery time of 60 minutes. The service USP of bringing and collecting cups is also communicated.
The campaign is now running in various digital and social media with a focus on the Alfies.ch delivery area in Greater Zurich.
