The new commercial by Marty-Trezzini for the NZZ is so touching
In a new, emotional commercial, the NZZ advertises its intergenerational subscription and was inspired by real-life experiences between grandparents and their grandchildren.
With a new video commercial, the NZZ its intergenerational subscription, which was launched last Christmas. The commercial tells the story of how grandchildren and grandmothers can enjoy a range of NZZ-articles and thus build a bridge between the generations. The focus is on the wonderful tradition of discussing current affairs within the family.
The story was written jointly by NZZ and Marty-Trezzini, Creative Production, and is inspired by real-life experiences between grandparents and their grandchildren. The video spot shows a young entrepreneur's path full of hurdles as he tinkers with the development of new textiles. His grandmother observes him and begins to give him specific articles from the NZZ in various places in his everyday life. With great sensitivity, she accompanies him through the initial difficulties and challenges of entrepreneurship.
It is a loving way of communicating and sharing knowledge that requires no words. Even if grandchildren and grandmothers live in different worlds and belong to different generations, the content of the NZZ builds a bridge between them and brings them closer together - and ultimately to entrepreneurial success. The film concludes with the resolution "Knowledge that connects".

The ad will be shown on various social media channels, on the web, on TV and in selected cinemas.
