Ruf Lanz: The Aletsch Glacier promotes the switch to streetcars

In the latest motif of the VBZ campaign, Ruf Lanz uses the largest glacier in the Alps to promote the switch to the climate-friendly streetcar.

The Aletsch Glacier is a sight of archaic beauty. But the largest glacier in the Alps is visibly affected by global warming. Since the turn of the millennium, its tongue has retreated by about a kilometer.

That's why VBZ and its lead agency Ruf Lanz are using the striking resemblance of the glacial medial moraines to a streetcar track to promote the switch to the climate-friendly streetcar.

The subject appears double-sided and full-page in 20 minutes, is in poster form on all streetcars and is also distributed via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

At the same time, it marks the start of a series of motifs and measures designed to show that using public transport in Zurich is not only easy on the nerves, but also on the climate.
