More field hockey does not go
The James agency has created an image campaign for EV Zug for the start of the season.

On Friday, September 09, EV Zug started a very special ice hockey season. That's because with the "EVZ Academy", as a farm team in National League B, fans in the region can experience over 100 games in the regular season - and twice as much ice hockey action as in previous years. With this novelty in mind, James developed a new image campaign in mid-summer to creatively communicate the special feature and strengthen fans' identification with the club and its two top teams.
"To exaggerate, Zug fans no longer have to go home, but can experience ice hockey non-stop at virtually any time," says Marco Baumann, Head of Marketing & Sales at EVZ. "This idea, in combination with the prominent subjects as well as the idea of using real fans for the campaign, convinced us immediately."

EV Zug is the leading ice hockey club in Central Switzerland and one of the top teams in the Swiss National League A. After a mixed season last year, this year they hope to at least reach the playoff semifinals to ensure direct qualification for the Champions Hockey League in addition to the chance to reach the final. With the "EVZ Academy", the Zug team wants to establish itself in the NLB and, above all, offer young talents the opportunity to gain important playing experience.

James has been working for EV Zug since 2014 and, in addition to the image campaigns, is also responsible for the playoff campaigns and other measures. James' other clients include Zuger Kantonalbank, Roche Diagnostics and Heineken Switzerland.
