Zürcher Kantonalbank's e-banking meets the diverse needs of customers conveniently, quickly, anytime and anywhere. The bank has delighted more than 300,000 customers. Reason enough for The House to name e-banking the most popular branch of Zürcher Kantonalbank.

At the heart of The House campaign are typical representatives of the target groups with their very specific needs and behavior. For example, the busy family man who cooks with his children. The urban early riser, who doesn't have time to follow opening hours. The young, independent couple who are regularly out and about. Or the relaxed older gentleman who wants convenience above all else. They have all chosen e-banking and its benefits as their favorite branch.

The campaign reaches customers and non-customers of Zürcher Kantonalbank simultaneously at several touchpoints with target group-specific messages. In the branches themselves, for example, there is the opportunity to be shown and explained e-banking or mobile banking by Zürcher Kantonalbank employees and to experience it for themselves in a demo version on tablets and XXL touchscreens. Furthermore, interested parties can even register for free e-banking courses at Zürcher Kantonalbank, where the most important steps - from registration to payment - are carried out together.

Olivier Cordey, Marketing Project Manager at Zürcher Kantonalbank, says: "The campaign accompanies customers and non-customers on the entire customer journey - and gives them the opportunity to find out more about the offering at any time, or to register for or use e-banking."

Among other things, The House developed films, posters, advertisements, infoscreen and e-panel animations, digital OoH advertising media, a landing page and numerous display, social media and mobile advertising media. The House has also developed a concept for moving image implementations that allows the films realized for the campaign to be supplemented on an ongoing basis in the simplest possible way. Based on this concept, technical innovations in particular will be communicated within the digital offering in future.

In addition to the campaign creation, The House was also responsible for the entire media strategy and planning of the multichannel campaign. In addition to display advertising media such as skybridges, wideboards and half-page ads on reach and affinity titles, mobile advertising media were also used in business media and Facebook, Instagram and YouTube with videos/pre-rolls coupled with close targeting to the target group.

At the same time, half-page and full-page advertisements were placed in various newspapers, magazines and special interest titles. The House also targeted regional poster placements and ePanels at locations such as the main station, Stadelhofen station and Winterthur station.

Nico Podgorny, Director Consulting and Partner at The House: "The campaign is the crowning glory of a new, long-term communication strategy, which is constantly being expanded and adapted to focus on customer touchpoints."
