The German textile supplier Walbusch commissioned the Swiss agency Silverspot to produce a TV commercial - from brainstorming to planning and implementation. The aim was to convey the positive attitude to life of a man who wears Walbusch clothing. The idea: today's man knows exactly what he wants - and Walbusch provides him with the right clothing to achieve this.

Remo Civatti, Managing Director, and Nicolas Vonlanthen, Creative Director of Silverspot, are delighted: "With the help of our creative department, we have developed a story that convincingly conveys the mood of a handsome man in Walbusch clothing. The right model was selected through several casting rounds."

Over several days of filming, the Silverspot team made a hotel suite on Lake Walen with a view suitable for a TV commercial by means of an elaborate conversion with lighting technology and decoration.

Remo Civatti adds: "The subject's motto was: reinvent. We depicted what happens to someone who wears Walbusch clothing. We wanted it to come across as if a switch had been flipped."

"The special task was also to ensure that this highly attractive man didn't come across as arrogant at the same time. We achieved this well with the spot melody and the voiceover, which was spoken by Silverspot-exclusive voices," continues Creative Director Nicholas Vonlanthen.

The commercial can be seen on SRF1, SRF2 and SRF Info from February 7, 2018. The Generation Media is responsible for the media planning.
