House of Communication campaign for Swiss Post focuses on employees
Swiss Post wants to remain a driver of innovation. That’s why, with a new internal campaign created by House of Communication, it is fully committed to transparency and employee engagement.
Swiss Post remains a driver of innovation. With a new internal campaign, it is focusing fully on transparency and employee participation. The House of Communication Zurich is supporting LS Operations, Swiss Post's largest business unit, with a comprehensive communication initiative at the start of the 2025-2028 strategy period. The aim is for the almost 21,000 employees to understand how their working environment is changing - and to play an active role in shaping the transformation.
The campaign developed by Serviceplan Suisse focuses on short "colleague videos". In 39 clips, real employees talk openly about what the upcoming changes will mean for their everyday lives. The information is conveyed in an entertaining and transparent way at eye level. Access is low-threshold - via QR code on posters and stickers in sorting centers and delivery points as well as by direct mail to all employees. A dedicated landing page bundles content, supplemented by playful guidelines for managers.
The playful approach takes uncertainties seriously and reaches the diverse workforce, which speaks over 70 native languages. Raul Serrat, Chief Creative Officer of the House of Communication Zurich, emphasizes: "The campaign consistently focuses on the employees, relies on a low access threshold and conveys all information openly, transparently and in an entertaining way."
