Invia optimizes public transport in Graubünden with clear communication

With the December 2024 schedule change, Invia is further optimizing public transportation in Graubünden. With support from Yes Creative Digital Marketing, the diverse range of transportation services has been made clearer and more user-friendly.

With the schedule change in December 2024, Graubünden’s public transportation system is once again focusing on optimization. The umbrella brand invia unites all regional and interregional transportation providers in the canton under a common goal: to make mobility in Graubünden simpler and clearer.

In addition to adjusting train and bus schedules, the focus was on transparent communication. Invia was supported in this effort by the Chur-based agency yes Creative Digital Marketing, which implemented all communication measures. From household flyers and timetable booklets to updated route maps and fare information: All materials were designed to convey the most important changes clearly and concisely.

«A schedule change is a complex undertaking that goes far beyond technical adjustments. Our goal was to provide passengers with the best possible support through clear and engaging information,» explains the team at yes Creative Digital Marketing.

Thanks to precise planning and implementation, the schedule change was successfully carried out. Graubünden demonstrates how modern mobility can win people over through strong partnerships and customer-focused communication.
