Tranquillity sets the pace in the Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair vacation region

Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair TESSVM launches the summer campaign "Unser Takt - nos tact", which aims to make summer in the vacation region an experience for all the senses.

With the summer campaign "Unser Takt - nos tact", Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair wants to offer its guests a summer experience that allows them to experience the atmosphere and beauty of the destination with different senses. The vacation region is known for its landscapes, culture, language and cuisine - but above all for its tranquillity and the relaxing soundscape that goes with it. If you listen carefully, you can hear the unique melody that no one has ever captured before. The vacation region wants to change this this summer and, with "Unser Takt - nos tact" (Our beat - nos tact), let the sounds of the three sub-regions Engadin, Samnaun and Val Müstair resound musically in a song.

As part of this musical journey of discovery, participants are invited to share their favorite sound from the vacation region und to become part of this journey. Local music producer Dillon Rune will create a melody from the favorite sounds. The resulting piece of music will be performed live in the summer and will then be available on all common streaming platforms and as a vinyl record.

The need for peace and quiet in a noisy world

"While the world around us is getting louder and louder, our Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair vacation region is still a rare place of tranquillity. This reflects a great need in our society," says Bernhard Aeschbacher, Co-Director of the Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair vacation region, adding: "We asked ourselves how we could convey this tranquillity as a message and came up with the unique soundscape, which is particularly perceptible thanks to the silence. With humorous subjects, we want to inspire everyone to perceive our vacation region with all their senses and share their favorite sound with us." Together with music producer Dillon Rune, the vacation region is going in search of these favorite sounds this summer.

The journey of discovery and music production will accompany the vacation region audiovisually. The campaign is intended to underline the commitment of the Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair vacation region to work together with guests and locals to shape the future of the destination in a sustainable way.
